When are payments made to publishers?
Payments are processed twice a month, depending on the date you submitted your request:
✅ Requests made between the 1st and the 15th: payment is made no later than between the 16th and the 31st of the same month.
✅ Requests made between the 16th and the 31st: payment is made no later than between the 1st and the 15th of the following month.
👉 These timeframes represent the maximum processing delays observed. In most cases, payments are made more quickly.
This means you will always receive your payment within a maximum of 15 days after the end of the request period.
⚠️ Important: if the publisher has received a bonus (deposit bonus or any other type), the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn.
Why isn’t my website generating sales (yet) even though it has good metrics?
Linkavista is experiencing strong growth, which means an increasing number of websites are being offered on the platform. This diversity is a strength, but it also leads to increased competition. As a result, it is completely normal for sales to take a bit more time to come in, even if your website has traffic and strong SEO indicators.
In addition, all SEO metrics are updated automatically on a monthly basis. If you notice temporary discrepancies, they may be due to delays in updates from our external data sources (Majestic, Ahrefs, etc.).
How often are metrics updated?
SEO metrics (Majestic, SemRush, etc.) are automatically updated once a month. However, slight delays may occur depending on the update schedules of our data providers’ APIs.
🔄 Manual updates available:
As a publisher, you can also request a manual update of your data directly from your website management area:
SEO metrics (Trust Flow, Citation Flow, etc.): can be updated every 10 days
Traffic data: can be updated every 30 days
Once the request is submitted, it is automatically added to a queue. Processing time may vary between 30 seconds and 2 hours, depending on system load—so it is normal if the update is not immediate.
📌 Please note:
SEO data (such as Trust Flow) comes from Majestic. Minor day-to-day fluctuations are normal.
Traffic estimates do not come from Semrush, but from SemRush. This may explain differences compared to other platforms you may be used to using.
Can I request an update for my websites if I’ve worked on them recently?
Yes. As a publisher, you can request an update of your SEO metrics every 10 days and your traffic data every 30 days directly from your website management area.
Once the request is submitted, it is added to a queue. Processing time usually ranges between 30 seconds and 2 hours, depending on system load, so it is normal if the update is not immediate.
🔍 Some important clarifications:
SEO metrics (Trust Flow, Citation Flow, etc.) come from Majestic. Slight delays or day-to-day fluctuations are normal.
The traffic shown on Linkavista come from Semrush. This may explain some differences compared to what you see on other platforms.
How long does it take for a website to be visible to buyers after being added or updated?
When a website is added or when changes are made (pricing, description, metrics, etc.), please allow up to 24 hours for these updates to become visible to buyers.
This delay is due to our caching system, which optimizes platform performance by refreshing data every 24 hours.
⚠️ Please note: you cannot see your own websites in the marketplace, as they are automatically hidden for the logged-in user.
If your website appears as validated in your publisher interface, it is correctly published and will be accessible to buyers after the next cache update.
I don’t see my websites on the advertiser side — is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal.
To avoid any confusion or manipulation, the platform automatically hides your own websites when you are logged in with your publisher or advertiser account. This means you will never see your own websites appear in search results or in the buyer marketplace.
✅ Rest assured: if your website is marked as “validated” and “published” in your publisher dashboard, it is live and fully visible to other buyers on the platform.
What should I do if a website I want to add is already linked to another publisher account?
If a website is already associated with another publisher account, it cannot be added a second time.
You have two options:
✅ The current publisher must remove the website from their profile. Once this is done, you will be able to add it normally.
✉️ The website owner can contact our support team directly to request a ownership transfer.
Once we receive their confirmation, we can perform the transfer immediately, with a single action.
This ensures that only legitimate owners are able to manage websites on Linkavista.
When and how can I withdraw my earnings?
You can submit a withdrawal request once your balance reaches €100 or more (https://linkavista.com/retraits/step-1).
📅 Only one withdrawal request per month is allowed.
💳 Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal, depending on the payment method you have set in your account.
My website connection with Google Search Console isn’t working — what should I do?
If the connection with Google Search Console fails, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
🔄 Disconnect and reconnect Google Search Console from your Linkavista dashboard. In most cases, this is enough to fix the problem.
✅ Make sure you have administrator (full) access to the Search Console property for the website concerned.
🌐 Ensure that the domain name entered on Linkavista matches exactly the one in Google Search Console.
Pay close attention to differences such as www.example.com vs example.com, or subdomains like blog.example.com.
🛠️ If everything is correct but the connection still fails, it may be due to a change in Google’s API.
In this case, please contact Linkavista support — we’ll be able to apply an update quickly to restore the connection.
If I connect my Search Console to Linkavista, does the platform have access to my keywords?
We want to be fully transparent:
When you connect your Search Console account to Linkavista, you technically authorize access to data, including information related to your keywords. However, we do not collect or use this data.
🔒 Data privacy is an absolute priority for us.
We do not develop or use any tools or scripts to view or extract your keywords, as this is not the purpose of the platform.
✅ If you would like additional reassurance, we are more than willing to sign a non-access agreement or any other confidentiality document you deem necessary.
Linkavista is committed to respecting the integrity and security of its users’ data, without compromise.
Why is my website already listed on the platform without my consent?
It is possible that your website was added by mistake during a bulk import performed by a publisher.
During these imports, we ask the publisher to prove ownership of a sample of websites. However, in some cases, certain domain names may be added inadvertently, without any malicious intent.
🛠️ If you notice that your website is listed on the platform without your authorization and you wish to regain control of it, simply contact our support team and provide one or more proofs of ownership.
Examples of accepted proof include:
A message mentioning Linkavista in your website footer
Your contact details appearing in the legal notice, matching those registered on Linkavista
The use of the term “Linkavista” on your website
A screenshot of your website’s administration dashboard
📩 Once these elements are verified and ownership is confirmed, we will proceed with the ownership transfer as quickly as possible.
How can I verify my website on the platform?
To verify ownership of your website, three methods are available:
📁 Upload a file to the root of your website (recommended method)
🏷️ Add a meta tag inside the <head> section of your website
🔌 Use the WordPress plugin provided by the platform
✅ To start the verification process:
Go to the “My Websites” section in your publisher dashboard.
An alert at the top of the page will show how many of your websites are not yet verified.
Click the “Verify” button next to the relevant website to access the three verification options.
❗ If none of these methods work despite your attempts, please contact support — they will help you complete the verification manually.
Is it possible to import my sites in bulk?
Yes, bulk import is fully supported on Linkavista.
To do so, simply fill in the dedicated document and send it to the support team once completed:
📄 Access the import file (Google Sheets)
🔧 If you are unable to fill in certain columns, you may leave them blank — our team will take care of completing the missing information.
✅ Once the file is received, your import will be processed quickly, and your websites will be added to your publisher dashboard.
How can I make a counter-offer?
If the price proposed by the advertiser does not suit you (e.g. sensitive topic, outdated pricing, specific request, etc.), you have the option to make a counter-offer.
To do so, simply click the “Decline” button on the relevant order.
A field will then allow you to propose a new price, along with an optional explanatory message.
✅ The advertiser will then be able to accept, decline, or renegotiate in return.
What is the support response time?
In general, our team replies within 48 to 72 business hours 🕒
But don’t forget… we’re human! 🧑💻👩💻
We sleep at night 😴, sometimes enjoy weekends 🥳, and response times may be a bit longer during peak periods or special operations.
🚀 Our ticketing system is reliable: every request is properly logged, categorized, and handled in order. You will receive a response — guaranteed.
📚 In the meantime, feel free to check our Help Center: you’ll most likely find the answer to your question there (and instantly 😄).
👉 Important: requests whose answers are already available in the Help Center are not treated as a priority by our team, so response times may be longer in those cases.
⚠️ Please avoid submitting multiple requests through different channels (email, X.com, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.). This only slows down processing and unnecessarily overloads support.
➡️ For a fast and efficient response, please use only the website’s support system ✅.
Why are prices capped on Linkavista?
We've implemented an intelligent algorithm designed to maximize your sales while ensuring fair, consistent, and competitive pricing across the entire platform.
🤖 This algorithm takes several criteria into account, including:
- Your SEO metrics (Trust Flow, Citation Flow, referring domains, etc.)
- Your site's estimated traffic
- The prices you charge elsewhere, to ensure fairness among all publishers
- … and other relevant signals
👉 Think your site deserves a higher rate? No problem!
You can uncap your rates directly from your site's monetary settings by selecting the "Free Pricing" option. This way, you regain full control over your pricing, with no cap imposed by the algorithm.
Prefer some guidance? Simply contact our support team, specifying:
- What truly sets your site apart
- Your actual statistics, if they differ from public data
- Any other useful information that could justify a price reassessment
📬 Our team will review each request with seriousness, transparency… and a cup of coffee.
🧠 Trust us: our goal is shared — to help you sell better, and more.
⚠️ We understand that this system may seem frustrating to some publishers, particularly those who have invested time and resources into their sites. That's why you always retain the freedom:
- To enable "Free Pricing" and set your own rates
- To temporarily deactivate your site from the platform
- To remove it completely, if you wish
We remain at your service, with care and transparency.
Is content reviewed by Linkavista?
Linkavista does not systematically review content submitted by advertisers.
However, the platform includes an automatic alert and detection system for sensitive content (e.g. borderline topics, risky expressions, etc.).
🔎 This system is designed in particular to encourage publishers to apply specific pricing if the proposed content falls into a category considered sensitive.
Can I communicate directly with a publisher or an advertiser?
Yes, direct communication is possible and encouraged throughout the process to ensure smooth and effective collaborations.
💬 You can use the “Write” or “Send a message” button from your dashboard, depending on your role:
Advertisers can ask questions before placing an order
Publishers can request clarifications on guidelines or propose a counter-offer
🤝 Good communication helps ensure a smooth exchange, compliant publications, and satisfactory results for both parties.
⚠️ Important:
An automatic detection system monitors attempts to bypass the platform (e.g. going off-platform, sharing contact details, etc.).
Any attempt to circumvent the platform will result in the immediate banning of both accounts, without prior notice.
🚨 In case of a blockage or unresolved disagreement, please contact support — we are here to help in a neutral and fair manner.
How can I apply specific pricing for sensitive topics (CBD, Adult, Gambling, etc.)?
Go to the “My Websites” section of your personal dashboard.
In the top right corner (above the Search Console bar), click on “Manage sensitive categories.”
You will then be able to set custom pricing for each relevant sensitive topic.
Can I edit the guidelines of multiple websites at once?
No, this feature is not available yet. Guidelines must currently be edited site by site.
I’ve just purchased a website from another publisher — how can I take ownership of it on Linkavista?
To take over the management of a website you’ve recently acquired, please follow this process:
Ask the former website owner to contact our support team.
In their message, they must:
- Confirm that they have sold the website to you
- Clearly state that they wish to transfer ownership of the website
- Provide the email address you used to register on Linkavista
Once this information is verified, we will transfer ownership of the website to your account as quickly as possible.
What are the sources of the SEO data displayed for my websites?
The metrics shown on Linkavista come from several reliable industry sources:
TF / CF / RD: provided by Majestic, a reference tool for backlink analysis
Estimated traffic, keywords, and ranking pages: provided by SemRush
If your website is connected to Google Search Console (GSC), the traffic displayed will come directly from GSC, ensuring optimal accuracy.
These data points are updated regularly and harmonized to provide a consistent and actionable estimation within our marketplace.
What traffic is taken into account when I connect my Google Search Console to Linkavista?
When you connect your website to Google Search Console via Linkavista, only traffic from Google Search is taken into account in the displayed statistics.
🔍 This includes only:
- Clicks coming from organic search results (standard Google search results)
🚫 This does not include:
- Traffic from Google Discover
- Traffic from Google News
- Paid, social, or referral traffic
🎯 The goal is to provide a reliable and consistent estimate of SEO visibility, based exclusively on traditional organic search.
My Google Search Console (GSC) data is no longer updating — what should I do?
Sometimes, the connection between your website and Google Search Console may be interrupted, usually due to the loss of the Google access token (e.g. password change, authorization link expiration, etc.).
In most cases, simply disabling and re-enabling the GSC connection is enough to restore data synchronization.
Here’s how to proceed:
- Go to the “My Websites” menu
- Click “Manage” on the relevant website
- Open the “GSC Data” section
- Click “Disable”, then “Enable” the GSC connection again
- Follow the instructions to reconnect your Google account
After this step, the data should start updating automatically again.
If the issue persists, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team.
I’ve reached an agreement with the advertiser on a different price — how can I validate this change?
To validate a price different from the one displayed, you must use the counter-offer system provided for this purpose. To do so, you need to click “Decline” on the initial offer. The advertiser will then submit a counter-offer with the newly agreed amount.
⚠️ Important: This step must be completed before validation. No price changes can be made afterward, even through support.
What commission does Linkavista take on a sale?
When a sale is completed, Linkavista applies a 5% commission on the sale price. You therefore receive 95% of the transaction amount in your seller account.
If you choose to withdraw your earnings, a 10% withdrawal fee is applied to the available balance.
Example:
- Sale price of your website: €100
- After the 5% commission: your account is credited with €95
- If you withdraw these €95, after the 10% withdrawal fee, you will receive €85.50
